LNG & LPG

Liquefied Natural Gas & Liquefied Petroleum Gas

RUSBEK AGRICO supplies LNG (Liquefied Natural Gas) and LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas) to qualified customers across international markets, working with established suppliers and commercial partners to provide reliable energy supply solutions according to the specific requirements of each transaction.

LNG and LPG are internationally traded energy commodities with different physical properties, applications and transportation requirements. LNG is natural gas cooled to a cryogenic liquid state, primarily consisting of methane, while LPG generally consists of propane, butane or a mixture of these hydrocarbons.

Our trading approach combines international sourcing, product specification, quality coordination, terminal and transportation arrangements, independent inspection and delivery management.

LNG – LIQUEFIED NATURAL GAS

LNG for International Energy Markets

LNG is natural gas that has been cooled to approximately −162°C, converting it into a liquid form suitable for efficient storage and transportation. In liquid form, natural gas occupies approximately 1/600 of its gaseous volume, making LNG suitable for long-distance transportation by specialized vessels and other cryogenic transport systems.

LNG enables natural gas to be supplied to markets that are not directly connected to producing regions by pipeline infrastructure.

RUSBEK AGRICO works with established suppliers and commercial partners to arrange LNG supply according to the required specification, quantity, loading location, delivery destination and contractual terms.

LNG PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS

NG is primarily composed of methane, together with smaller quantities of other hydrocarbons and nitrogen. Its exact composition depends on the source of the natural gas and the liquefaction process.

Depending on the specific LNG grade and contract, relevant parameters may include:

  • Methane content
  • Ethane content
  • Propane and heavier hydrocarbons
  • Nitrogen content
  • Heating value
  • Wobbe Index where applicable
  • Density
  • Sulfur compounds
  • Carbon dioxide
  • Water content
  • Hydrocarbon dew point
  • Other parameters specified in the applicable product specification

The exact product specification and quality requirements are confirmed for each transaction according to the buyer's requirements and destination market.

LNG SUPPLY & SOURCING

RUSBEK AGRICO works with established suppliers and commercial partners to source LNG for qualified international customers.

Each transaction is structured around:

  • LNG specification
  • Quantity
  • Origin
  • Loading terminal
  • Delivery destination
  • Delivery schedule
  • Inspection requirements
  • Shipping arrangements
  • Storage and receiving infrastructure
  • Payment terms
  • Documentation requirements

LNG availability, cargo size and loading schedule are confirmed individually for each transaction.

LNG INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Large-scale LNG is transported internationally using specialized LNG carriers equipped with insulated cargo containment systems.

A typical supply chain may follow:

Natural Gas Production → Gas Processing → Liquefaction → LNG Storage → LNG Carrier → Receiving Terminal → Storage / Regasification → Final Customer

At the destination, LNG may be stored in insulated tanks and either distributed as LNG or regasified and introduced into the natural gas network.

RUSBEK AGRICO coordinates the relevant commercial and logistics requirements with suppliers, terminals, shipping partners, inspection companies and customers.

LNG APPLICATIONS

LNG is used across a wide range of energy applications, including:

  • Power generation
  • Industrial energy supply
  • Commercial heating
  • Natural gas distribution
  • Heavy-duty transportation
  • Marine fuel applications
  • Remote energy supply
  • Gas networks and regasification systems

LNG provides an alternative means of transporting natural gas to locations where pipeline infrastructure is unavailable or insufficient.

LOADING PORTS & SUPPLY LOCATIONS

Crude oil can be supplied from major international producing regions, export terminals and petroleum trading hubs, subject to the availability of the specific crude grade and loading infrastructure.

Depending on the crude stream and transaction, loading may be arranged through:

  • North American export terminals
  • European petroleum hubs
  • Black Sea and Mediterranean terminals
  • Middle Eastern export terminals
  • Asian petroleum trading and storage hubs
  • Other international crude oil loading locations

The exact loading location, available grade, quantity and loading window are confirmed individually for each transaction.

MAIN CUSTOMERS

Crude oil is primarily supplied to professional customers with suitable receiving, storage and processing infrastructure.

REFINERIES

Refineries purchase crude oil as feedstock for the production of refined petroleum products.

The appropriate crude grade depends on the refinery's configuration, processing capacity and target product slate.

OIL TRADING COMPANIES

International commodity traders may purchase crude oil for resale, redistribution or delivery to other qualified buyers.

STORAGE & TERMINAL OPERATORS

Crude oil can be delivered to appropriate petroleum storage facilities and terminals equipped to receive and handle the relevant cargo.

INDUSTRIAL & ENERGY COMPANIES

Other qualified industrial and energy-sector customers may purchase crude oil according to their specific operational requirements.

INDEPENDENT QUALITY & QUANTITY INSPECTION

Independent inspection can be arranged according to the agreed contractual procedure.

Depending on the transaction, inspection may verify:

  • Product quality
  • Crude oil specification
  • Quantity
  • API gravity
  • Density
  • Sulfur content
  • Water and sediment
  • Sampling results
  • Loading measurements
  • Other agreed parameters

The inspection company, laboratory, inspection location and scope of testing are agreed between the buyer and seller before the transaction.

FOB SUPPLY

For FOB transactions, the buyer may nominate its own vessel and arrange the lifting of the crude oil at the agreed loading terminal.

The buyer may receive the relevant authorization and documentation required under the agreed transaction procedure and arrange an independent inspection of the cargo for quality and quantity.

Following successful inspection and completion of the agreed contractual and payment conditions, the crude oil can be loaded onto the buyer's nominated vessel.

The buyer may then transport the cargo to the final destination.

Where agreed, RUSBEK AGRICO can also coordinate shipping and delivery arrangements through the seller or appointed shipping partners.

The exact procedure is defined in the sales contract and confirmed with the relevant supplier, terminal and inspection company.

VESSEL-LOADED DELIVERY

An alternative structure is delivery with the crude oil cargo already loaded on board the nominated vessel.

In this structure, the buyer receives the relevant documentation and authorization required under the agreed transaction procedure and may arrange independent quality and quantity inspection.

Following successful inspection and completion of the agreed payment conditions, the vessel proceeds toward the nominated destination.

This structure can provide a practical solution for buyers requiring a ready-to-transport crude oil cargo.

CIF DELIVERY

For CIF transactions, RUSBEK AGRICO can arrange the supply and transportation of crude oil to the buyer's nominated destination port.

The commercial structure, shipping arrangements, required banking instrument and payment procedure are agreed in advance as part of the contractual terms.

Where a banking instrument is required, it is provided by the buyer's bank according to the agreed contractual requirements.

The cargo is then shipped to the nominated destination according to the agreed schedule.

At the destination, independent inspection of quality and quantity can be arranged according to the contractual procedure, with payment completed in accordance with the agreed commercial and banking terms.

SHIPPING & MARITIME LOGISTICS

Crude oil is predominantly transported internationally in specialized oil tankers.

Depending on the transaction, the supply chain may follow:

Production / Gathering → Storage Terminal → Loading Terminal → Crude Oil Tanker → Destination Terminal → Refinery / Final Customer

RUSBEK AGRICO coordinates with suppliers, terminals, shipping partners, inspection companies and customers to manage the relevant logistics and documentation.
